In the hardest moments of life, it makes sense to seek support — someone to help shoulder the pain and guide you through. If you are feeling overwhelmed by relationship difficulties, depression, OCD, anxiety, or trauma, counseling is a safe space where you can be seen and heard without judgment. As your therapist, I will be a compassionate guide to walk beside you as you take steps toward healing and learning to work through conflict or trauma in a healthy way.
Seeking a counselor doesn’t mean anything is wrong with you. In fact, I believe everyone would benefit from counseling at some point in their life.
