Vulnerability can be scary if you often have not felt safe. The more we hold back our true feelings or freely let them out with no limits, the more we prevent ourselves from the ability to build deep meaningful relationships with others and to truly know ourselves. Early events in our younger years and our perceptions from them can impact how we see the world and others.
If you are ready to start repairing your roots, I am prepared to assist you. As new mulch assists in nourishing and protecting roots enticing them to grow, so too shall we uncover and renourish you.
We will work at a pace that you are comfortable with uncovering your past, your strengths, and your goals. We will then determine the best mode of therapy to help you begin to heal. I utilize an integrative approach, including EMDR, that views the past, the present self, and the future that you would like to obtain. I have experience working with trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, life adjustments, and ADD/ADHD.
I look forward to walking alongside you as you heal.
