Kimberly Zuteck, MA LLP
Through the journey of therapeutic development, we explore ways to express ourselves more efficiently as well as acquire coping skills to aid in alleviating ongoing personal struggles. In my practices, I feel it is vital to create a comfortable, open environment in allowing my clients to convey vulnerable emotions and establish growth. To do this, I embrace the importance of recognizing an individual’s unique needs and work collaboratively with each client. My goal as a therapist is to aid those searching for better opportunities in finding a healthy life balance and stability.
My clientele includes those of various of ages, ranging from elementary children to elderly adults. I work with individuals struggling with diagnoses including anxiety, depression, bipolar, relational conflict, and adjustment disorder. I utilize an integrative approach in my sessions with teachings from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychoanalytical Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive therapy, and Person Centered therapy.
“You may encounter many defeats, but you must not be defeated. In fact, it may be necessary to encounter the defeats, so you can know who you are, what you can rise from, how you can still come out of it.” – Maya Angelou
